Real-time machine monitoring
ProdQ Box automatically collects data from your CNC machines via LAN — no electrical intervention, no production downtime. See the status of every machine live.
Automatic data collection
Box connects to CNC controllers via OPC-UA, Modbus, FOCAS, and other protocols. Reads statuses, cycle times, spindle load, feed rate, and alarms — without operator input.
Zero machine intervention
No sensors or cables attached to the machine. Just a network connection (Ethernet/Wi-Fi). The machine doesn't even need internet access.
Local data — not cloud
All machine data stays on ProdQ Box in your facility. Zero cloud, zero data leak risk, zero latency. Complete privacy.

FAQ
What data does ProdQ Box read from the machine?
Work status (running/idle/alarm), current NC program, cycle time, spindle load, feed rate, override, completed part count, and machine alarms.
Does monitoring require stopping the machine?
No. You connect ProdQ Box to the network during normal operation. Adapters connect to controllers without interfering with machine work.
How many machines can one Box monitor?
One ProdQ Box supports up to 20 CNC machines simultaneously. For larger shops, you can link multiple Boxes into one network.
