We collect the following personal data:

• Company name and NIP (Polish tax ID) or foreign VAT number — test programme application form
• Contact person’s name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Optionally: machine and controller brands and remarks about the application
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, time of visit (cookies)

3. Purpose of processing

• Handling applications to the ProdQ Box test programme and qualifying the shop (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Contact regarding a submitted application (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Website traffic analysis — after consent is given (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• The controller’s legitimate interest — direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Data retention period

We keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

5. Cookies

The website uses cookies. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are activated only after the user gives consent via the cookie banner. The user can change cookie settings in their browser at any time.

7. Data sharing

Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with IT service providers (hosting, email) only to the extent necessary to provide the services, under data processing agreements. The application form is processed on servers in the European Union.
