• Company name and tax ID (order form)
• Contact person's name

• Optional: order notes

• Fulfillment of ProdQ Box trial orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Communication regarding submitted orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Website traffic analysis – upon consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Legitimate interest of the controller – direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Data retention period

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the processing purposes, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless legal provisions require a longer retention period.
