An engineer with a passion for production automation. I built ProdQ because I saw CNC shops losing hours to paper planning while their production data sat in Excel. I use the system on real machines every day — every feature comes from a need on the shop floor. I believe every shop, even a five-person one, deserves an MES that simply works.
Why we are building this
Because small CNC shops lose hours to paper planning, and Excel and a cork board are not enough to win on today’s market. Big companies have SAP and an IT department — you don’t need them. ProdQ Box is a physical device that gives you full control of the floor without months-long deployments, without the cloud and without an army of IT people. Simple, local, on your premises.
Our story
The ProdQ project started in 2024 and has been running on real production from day one — at Inframet, on three machines. Further shops join through the test programme, and their remarks from the floor go straight into the roadmap.
