FAQ
Does cloud monitoring also have job management?
No. Typical machine monitoring systems only show OEE and machine statuses. ProdQ Box is a full MES — jobs, MRP, inventory, costing, and RFQ in one system.
Can I import jobs from my ERP?
Currently, jobs are created in ProdQ Box. CSV import is available for materials and tools. ERP integration via REST API is planned.
Do shop floor operators see their jobs?
Yes. Kiosk mode shows operators their assigned jobs. They click Start/Stop and report progress — you see everything in real time.
